Using it.
Almost always, the inflate cap is still on, so the pump just moves the same air around. Pull the cap all the way off, then pump. Still stuck? Message us and we'll sort it out.
Under a minute. Cap off, 30–40 presses on the built-in pump, cap back on. No blowing, no batteries.
Pump it up, sit down, then let a little air out until you feel like you're floating just above the bench. Most people land at about 2 inches high at medium firmness.
Yes, as long as the cap is pressed firmly back on after you pump. If the valve is left open, air slowly escapes every time you shift on the bench.
Open the valve, press the air out from the far end toward the valve, fold it and slide it back into its pouch. Close the cap so it stays flat in your bag.
No. It's made to sit low and stable, so you still see the whole court and don't tip on narrow planks.

Shipping is free on every US order, no minimum.
Orders ship within 24–48 hours and most arrive in 4-8 working days. Remote areas like Alaska and Hawaii can take a little longer.
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Paste it on our Track your order page.
Message us as soon as possible with your order number. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it.
Returns & warranty.
You have 60 days to return it. Take it to your tournaments first. If it's not for you, message us with your order number and we'll guide you through the return.
Yes. A 1-year warranty covers the valve, seams and air cells.
