This Privacy Policy explains how STAYD ("STAYD", "we", "us" or "our"), operated by MB Alza Grupė (company code 306732469, Vilnius, Lithuania), collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit shopstayd.com (the "Site"), make a purchase, or contact us.

1. Information we collect

Contact details: name, email address, phone number.
Order details: shipping and billing address, items purchased, order history.
Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card number.
Messages you send us: for example through our contact form or by email.
Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit, how you got to the Site, and how you interact with it. We collect this using cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

STAYD is operated by a company based in Lithuania, so we also follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data controller is MB Alza Grupė, company code 306732469, Vilnius, Lithuania.

We process your personal information on these legal bases:

To perform our contract with you: processing and delivering your order, handling returns and support.
Our legitimate interests: running and improving the Site, preventing fraud, and measuring our advertising.
Your consent: marketing emails and non-essential cookies, where consent is required. You can withdraw it at any time.
Legal obligations: for example keeping tax and accounting records.

Some of our service providers (such as Shopify, Meta and Google) process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States and Canada. These transfers are protected by safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, and to receive it in a portable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt).

7. Data retention

We keep your order information for as long as we need it for our records, for example for tax and accounting purposes, unless you ask us to delete it and we're not required to keep it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Payments are encrypted and processed by our payment providers. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
